Choosing a high quality early childhood program is one of the most important decisions parents or guardians can make for their young child.  As you consider your decision, we encourage you to choose one of RCS Childhood Programs.  Our learning environments provide opportunities for children ages 6 weeks through 12 years of age to discover, investigate, learn grow, and begin the journey of life long learning.  Click on the tabs below to register or seek further information and please feel free to call us if you have any questions or need additional information about any of our programs.

Course Offerings

• Infant and Toddler Program – For children 6 weeks through 29 months. Care is available from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.  Monday-Friday all year.
• Discovery Preschool – Children 2 years 6 months, through Kindergarten.  Class is available from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday- Friday all year. 
• Preschool Classes – Classes designed for three and four year old children are held at Croswell, Washington, and RETC.  This is a tuition-based program. 
• Pre-K-Classes - designed to provide experiences that will develop your child's academic, social and emotional growth.
• School Age Care – Before and/or After School Program.  Programs open at 6:00 a.m. until school begins and then again after school until 6:00 p.m.  Transportation is provided by RCS Transportation Department. . 
• School Age Summer Camp – Available during the summer break.  Open from 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.  Planned activities including games, arts and crafts, outdoor play, field trips and making friends.  
• Great Start Readiness Program – Free Preschool available for RCS children who meet specific criteria and are four by December 1st.  Call Lisa at 586-281-1752 or Christina at 586-281-1750.  
• Comprehensive Access to Parenting Services – Free play groups available.  Please call Celia Ciecko at 586-281-1732.
